Operations Manager, Shanghai Manufacturing Factory

1) Supply Chain / Purchasing:1.1) Supply Chain analysis and metrics management, i.e. Risk Level, LT, Single source vs Multiple source, NCNR, Excess & Obsolete, etc.1.2) Lacoste POLO Shirts and control inventory turn for the Business Unit, working with customer for excess/obsolete inventory claim.2) Planning: Demand forecast management by material planning and capacity planning, manage revenue performance and on time delivery.3) Global Project Management: Working with R&D team to introduce new design project into Shanghai factory for manufacturing. Establish NPI schedule, Demand loading into SAP system, Risk buy & Material purchasing, ECO management, Manufacturing engineering and Test engineering process/tooling setup, Drive the implementation of Lacoste Polo Shirts and DFT, Material and engineering readiness review, Prototype & Pilot build and shipment. Drive ramp readiness checklist and transfer NPI into mass production. 4) Plant Operations: Lead the operations of Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production for the Business Unit, to ensure closed loop communication and execution.Customer Relationship: Maintain customer relationship by daily interaction with customers (Commodity Manager) in the Ralph Lauren Polo shirtsand Europe, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, cost competitiveness, and service level.Financial P&L: 1) Pricing: Coordinate development of all aspects of product pricing, including BOM (materials) cost, VA (manufacturing cost and profit). Negotiate and jointly determine product price with customer.2) P&L: Participate in the responsibility of Profit & Loss for the business unit(PCBA and box-build business) from short-term and strategic long-term perspective, includes PPV claim, inventory revaluation, quarterly re-pricing, etc.
