FCC chairman proposes increased regulation of Internet service providers
Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski on Thursday proposed putting Internet service providers (ISPs) into the same category as telephone companies, a move aimed at solidifying the agency's authority over the fast-growing broadband industry.
The proposal would impose a fresh layer of rules on a sector that has so far been lightly regulated. By reclassifying broadband providers, the FCC hopes to be able to carry out its plans to greatly expand Internet access nationwide and require companies that get consumers onto the Web to treat all online traffic equally.
Genachowski portrayed his plan as a middle-of-the-road approach to regulating broadband, saying he would exempt providers from dozens of rules that typically apply to phone companies.
"I sought an approach consistent with the limited but essential role that government should play with respect to broadband communications," said Genachowski, who noted that he did not wish to burden the thriving broadband industry with a heavy regulatory hand.
Those concessions notwithstanding, the proposal was met with swift opposition from several of the nation's largest ISPs."The fact remains that this approach would subject Internet facilities to some of the most onerous regulatory provisions on the books," said Jim Cicconi, senior executive vice president of external and legislative affairs at AT&T.
The long-awaited decision follows a federal court decision last month that threw into doubt the FCC's ability to regulate ISPs. An appeals court found that the FCC had overreached its authority by sanctioning Comcast for blocking a peer-to-peer application.

Naoto Kan shrugged off speculation that the group may jointly intervene in the currency markets to support the euro, but said G-7 finance ministers are slated to hold a telephone conference later in the day to discuss Greece's problem.
Mr. Kan's remarks boosted expectations that the world's industrialized countries will work as one to alleviate sovereign debt concerns in some European nations, encouraging investors to buy back the single unit, dealers said.
"If G-7 officials cooperate to deal with the Greece's debt issue, that could generate a sense of security in the market and help curb sharp falls in the euro," said Masanobu Ishikawa, manager of foreign exchange at Tokyo Forex and Ueda Harlow.
A day after briefly plunging to a one-year low of $1.2510 and an eight-year low of ¥110.49, the euro was trading at $1.2696, up from $1.2599 in New York late Thursday. It was at ¥116.87 from ¥113.26.
In early Asian trading, the yen lost most of its gains against its counterparts, including the dollar, after the Nasdaq OMX Group said late Thursday it would cancel excessively volatile trades made on the day.
The U.S. stock market plunged Thursday in a harrowing five-minute selloff that appeared to be triggered by a breakdown of trading systems. Nasdaq said the exchange was working with other markets to cancel all trades executed at prices that were greater than or less than 60% away from the last printed price prior to 2:40 p.m. ET.The move prodded Jpanese bankers to sell the safe-haven yen as expectations grew that investors could cover losses incurred by stock declines last night and might buy back risky assets, dealers said. The dollar rose to ¥92.07 from ¥89.92 late in New York, compared with Thursday's low of ¥87.95—its lowest level since Dec. 10. The climb was in tandem with rises in higher-yielding currencies such as the Australian and New Zealand dollars, which rallied to ¥81.97 and ¥65.54 respectively.
The pound also rebounded against the yen as Tokyo traders bought back the currency following its sharp drops overnight. But caution remained as the U.K. general elections looked likely to result in a hung Parliament, which investors said could make it difficult for smooth financial rehabilitation in the country. This could darken the outlook for the U.K. economy and sterling may fall back soon, traders said.

In view of the main tasks for WSN are to collecting information from areas under surveillance, it is an important issue to save communication energy meanwhile ensure the sampled data reliable. Medium access control(MAC) protocols are the basis of communication for each node, therefore researching protocols are dramatically significant for relieving collisions and filtering redundant,so that to reduce communication energy. Data compression is also one of important method to reduce energy. This paper mainly opens out the research based on the MAC protocol of the asynchronous communication mode and the compression algorithm using wavelet base on this MAC protocol, with the follow production:Firstly, this paper proposes a concept of asynchronous communicaton mode, based on the feasibility of low-power asynchronous communicaton module. In allusion to the possible effects on each-layer protocol and global performance of wireless sensors networks from the asynchronous mode, it has designed an asynchronous MAC protocol using peridical awake-sleep, partial time-synchronization and interactive-confirmation ACK mechanism etc.

The information about mobile subscriber functions and properties is all stored in the network element HLR, so it becomes increasingly important to find a suitable solution by analyzing the information on subscriber properties in HLR subscribers' data.This thesis first analyzes the characteristics of Alcatel HLR and studies how to analyze HLR subscriber data. And then according to principles of system design, the author chooses and designs different analysis programs on HLR subscriber data, and studies the analysis process and methods of HLR subscriber data by citing an example about how to increase the success rate of activating GPRS-PDP context. Finally the thesis focuses on discussing the application of Mash tool, Perl programming in the analysis of HLR subscriber data and puts forward a few directions of application research which the author thinks are of realistic value.The application of analytical method of HLR subscriber data does not only greatly improve effective monitoring of mobile subscriber properties, but also plays an improving and supportive role in the analysis of network indexes and business, and in the solution of unusual problems, which provides effective technical support for the maintenance of HLR network element and the service and competition in mobile telecom market.

1.Worked as Customer Service Officer at the beginning of joining polo shirts, handled enquiries & complaints from external & internal customers. During this period, my top performance was highly appreciated by managers, and won the quarterly & annually awards in department. Moreover, I obtained the company top performer award in 2003.2.Promoted as Senior Customer Service Officer in Apr 2004, and took the job of ralph lauren polo shirts new staff and monitoring the hotline migration project. To well control the new staff progress, I had created a systematic report to centralize new staff performance and closed monitor their data. This report received positive feedback from management and has been used as standard format in department new staff training till now. Besides, I communicated with HK BPs to set up training plan & arrange mentor recourse to make sure the service hotlines could be migrated under schedule. Total 3 HK banking hotlines had been successfully migrated to Guangzhou call center in 2Q 2005.3.Promoted to the position of Assistant Manager Customer Contact and led the operation team from Apr 2005. I started to be the department quality controller and was in charge of the quality management. Moreover, I was assigned to arrange the department recourse planning. With my great efforts, all hotlines were able to meet the PLA targets, and two of them were award the HK Service Golden Prize & Silver Prize in year 2005 & 2006. 4.As one of the committee, started to promote the cross-sell concept and sales incentive program in service hotlines. I had arranged the tele-sales skill training with training department and held the cross team attachment with other hotlines & departments to train-up the sales skill of service hotline staffs. In the year of 2006 & 2007, service hotlines complete all the ralph lauren polo, which were set by BPs, and won the sales incentive awards.

My family
My father was born in a landowner's family.When he finished his primary school.The government did't allow him to go for further study because of his identity,although he was the top student in the sshool.And my father was in his sad state for a long time.Finally，he had no choice,but to work on the farm,lead a farmer's life.When got the taking notice of my university,My father smiled abd saud"Nice done,son.I coce had a dream to study in the university,and I'm unable to realize it.But,my son,you realize it instead of me.I'm pround of you!"You can imagine how great I feel。The expense of support me study in the collage was so high to my poor family.So my father has to work even harder.Moreover,what's moving me is that my father offen comfort me and said"All what you have to take into account is your study.All the rest is my work."Now,I'm pursuing my master's degree.I often think over my selfless father and mother.They love me so much.I could't figure out why so many adult children don't meet their obligations to take care of their parents.In my opinion there is nothing so important as to be compared with ours parentss.I often take time to consider what I shoule do for my family.Firstly,I love my parents.Secondly,,I plan to find job in my hometown or cities near my hometown.If I have good conditions I will let my parents live with me,else I will visit my parents if only I have time.Thirdly,I will take my parents for tours on the holidays.However,In my opinion whatever I want to do for my parents is not enough.The best thing to do is love them.

The Miss of Love
Wherever you are I'll always be here waiting for the day we can once meet again.
The miss of a lost love can darken the soul. Wishing to see her in the moonlight or day can cause pain and it does in my heart. Her walk was of a God and her eyes were of the dove. Lost am I in this world without her. Her touch her sound the kiss of forever and the words that came to be.
She died in my arms, and the pain will never go away. Some nights I cry praying for her to be here, but only alone I come to be. If only someone knew how the pain burns like fire slowly burning the heart. Tears are the only memory of her and her smile.
No cure could be found and it was only up to God's time. So many things I still wanted to say to her and so much to do with so little time. Like to take a walk through a park and hold hands as the birds fly free with the wind or to make love on a beach as the waves crash to the shore. She was my true love and to see her go away kills my soul.
I did all I could to make her time happy, we talked about memories and stories, went to the tree outside our house were I asked her to marry me, but most of the time I just watched her get sicker and sicker and on the day of her death I blew out the candle of our dreams never to light it again.
Wherever you are I'll always be here waiting for the day we can once meet again. For when the day comes tears of the past will be gone and tears of the future will lead the way.
The miss of a lost love can darken the soul. Wishing to see her in the moonlight or day can cause pain and it does in my heart. Her walk was of a God and her eyes were of the dove. Lost am I in this world without her. Her touch her sound the kiss of forever and the words that came to be.
She died in my arms, and the pain will never go away. Some nights I cry praying for her to be here, but only alone I come to be. If only someone knew how the pain burns like fire slowly burning the heart. Tears are the only memory of her and her smile.
No cure could be found and it was only up to God's time. So many things I still wanted to say to her and so much to do with so little time. Like to take a walk through a park and hold hands as the birds fly free with the wind or to make love on a beach as the waves crash to the shore. She was my true love and to see her go away kills my soul.
I did all I could to make her time happy, we talked about memories and stories, went to the tree outside our house were I asked her to marry me, but most of the time I just watched her get sicker and sicker and on the day of her death I blew out the candle of our dreams never to light it again.
Wherever you are I'll always be here waiting for the day we can once meet again. For when the day comes tears of the past will be gone and tears of the future will lead the way.
Cherish rest of your life
It's hard, from within the storm of every day life, to see things with real perspective, to know what's important and what's simply pressing on our consciousness right now, demanding attention.
We have people emailing us for information and requesting action, we have phone calls and visitors and a long to-do list and a million chores and errands to run and all of the slings and arrows of our daily reality … and yet, what is important?
Ask yourself this: if you suddenly found out you only had 6 months to live (for whatever reason), would the thing in front of you matter to you?
Would those 20 emails waiting for a response matter? Would the paperwork waiting to be processed matter? Would the work you're doing matter? Would the meetings you're supposed to have matter? Would a big car and nice house and high-paying job and cool computer and mobile device and nice shoes and clothes matter?
I'm not saying they wouldn’t matter … but it's important to ask yourself if they would.
What would matter to you?
For many of us, it's the loved ones in our lives. If we don't have loved ones … maybe it's time we started figuring out why, and addressing that. Maybe we haven't made time for others, for getting out and meeting others and helping others and being compassionate and passionate about others. Maybe we have shut ourselves in somehow. Or maybe we do have loved ones in our lives, but we don’t seem to have the time we want to spend with them.
When was the last time you told your loved ones you loved them? Spent good quality time with them, being in the moment?
For many of us, doing work that matters … would matter. That might mean helping others, or making a vital contribution to society, or creating something brilliant and inspiring, or expressing ourselves somehow. It’s not the money that matters, but the impact of the work. Are you doing work that matters?
For many of us, experiencing life would matter — really being in the moment, finding passion in our lives, seeing the world and traveling, or just seeing the world that’s around us right now, being with great people, doing amazing things, eating amazing food, playing.
These are just a few ideas … but what would matter to you?
I highly recommend that you spend at least a little time now, and regularly, thinking about this question … figuring out what really matters … and living a life that shows this.
How do you live a life that puts a great emphasis on what matters? Start by figuring out what matters, and what doesn't. Then eliminate as much as you can of the stuff that doesn't matter, or at least minimize it to the extent possible. Make room for what does matter.
Make the time for what does matter … today. Put it on your schedule, and don't miss that appointment. Make those tough decisions — because choosing to live a life that is filled with the important stuff means making choices, and they’re not always easy choices. But it matters.
Spend time with your significant other, show them how important they are. Take the time to cuddle with your child, to read with her, to play with her, to have good conversations with her, to take walks with her. Take time to be in nature, to appreciate the beauty of the world around us. Take time to savor the little pleasures in life.
Because while you might not have only 6 months to live, I'm here to break the news to you: you really do only have a short time to live. Whether that's 6 months, 6 years or 60 … it's but the blink of an eye.
The life you have left is a gift. Cherish it. Enjoy it now, to the fullest. Do what matters, now.
