Responsibilities and Achievements:
**Order & shipping1. Communicate with customer by e-amail & phone，receive purchase order；manage order information in SAP(create SO, key in shipping address, part number, Q'TY,etc)2. Check goods manufacture status with production line( handle over goods can not completed for shipping issue, mistake shipment issue)；prepare documents (i.e, invoice & packing list), send out shipping detail.3. Notice logistic department for space arrangement(handle oversea confirmation issue), follow up warehouse & forwarder for cargos's pick up.4.Update achieved rate report.5.Update shipment report to customer once cargos are shipped; follow up shipment issue**Others1.Make a record when receive customer's ECO/MCO/DDD, coordinate engineer's reply, hold a meeting for discussion & feedback to customer with report, follow up production line's action2. Arrange control run, trial run when needed3.Handle over RMA issue,i.e.Custom Clearnace for import, finance issue; arrnge repair; arrange shipment once goods are fixed up4. Rework affairs, hold meeting for discution , make rework process, calculate rework quotation to customer, arrange detail rework action & follow up5.Quarterly material & finished good quotation6.Monthly inventory report
